C&PF is a class specifically for Mums that are newly postnatal (From 6 weeks) OR feel they need extra support in these areas.
Safe exercises to slowly recover and strengthen these extremely important areas ( including Abdominal separation, C-Section or if had a tear) to allow the body to ease back to exercise and prepare for the bigger movements and daily life.
Duration: 45 mins
NOTE: From 6 weeks postpartum.
I recommend to do this class for minimum 3 months and pair up with PramFit classes.
Pregfit is a Pregnancy Specific Fitness class to strengthen and prepare the body for your babies growth and delivery day.
Safe exercises using body weight, resistance bands and dumbbells for the whole body. You go at YOUR own pace, while I guide you.
Duration: 45 mins
NOTE: For all Trimesters.
All fitness levels welcome. Studies have shown that exercise during your pregnancy decreases labour time!!! WINNING!
Fitmum is a bootcamp style workout for Mums that are ready to increase their level of fitness .
This is an Intermediate/Advanced level after Pramfit and C & PF recovery. Baby & Children welcome. Modifications are always given and you go at YOUR own pace.
Duration: 45 mins
NOTE: From 6months + post-birth having done prior exercise. Eg Pramfit.
PramFIT is a Postnatal Mum & bub workout using your pram for stability and resistance, while bonding with bub. We do exercises to strengthen & recover the whole body safely, with variations and modifications given depending on your phase post birth.
I show you exercises to do with baby or using a weight/no weight. Do not have to bring bub or a pram to join this class. All are welcome.
Duration: 45 mins
NOTE: From 6 weeks postpartum.
