How Do I join FIT FAB MUM?
Payment is made by clicking the JOIN NOW button on the website. This will take you through to our secure payment page, where you can pay via either Credit/Debit card or Paypal. You will receive confirmation of your account and membership log in details via automated email.
How Do I access the content?
Once you have clicked JOINED NOW and purchased the program bundle, a confirmation email will be sent to you with your membership portal log-in access and details. All content of the program including workouts, recipes, mindfulness exercises etc will be stored in your membership portal, under ‘MY PROGRAMS’ for you to log into daily.
Will I be able to access all the program content with my device/browser?
Yes. All content will be accessed via your membership portal which is accessible on all devices. Please refer to answer above for further clarification on how access works.
Can I share a membership?
No. Your Membership and program is individualized to you. This is your Journey to being your best self in Pregnancy and Motherhood. You will track where you’re at, and complete exercises that are specific to you. We are in a tribe- let’s encourage and support all fellow mummas to join us on this journey, with some accountability, via their own membership.
How does the program work?
FIT FAB MUM covers all elements of your self-care journey from Pre-conception right through to Postnatal and beyond on your motherhood journey.
Our bundles :
- Pre-conception/Trimester 1, Trimester 2 and Trimester 3
- Postnatal, Intermediate, Advanced
Each bundle has you following a 30- day guide for each program (ie. The Preconception / Pregnancy Bundle contains three (3) 30 day programs – Preconception / Trimester 1, Trimester 2 & Trimester 3. You are encouraged to repeat each program until you are ready to start the next stage in your journey.
We also support our tribe/community in our FB group, with Live Q&As every Thursday at 12pm AEST / AEDT, and interviews with specialized professionals in all areas of motherhood to learn from each month. To help educate and support our growth as soon to be mothers in all areas – body, mind and soul.
How does the membership work?
Our programs are purchased with LIFETIME ACCESS to either the Preconception / Pregnancy Bundle or Postnatal Bundle. You will have access to all the content via your membership portal. Your log-in details are provided once you have joined/signed up. FIT FAB MUM is all about supporting and guiding you and your body, mind and spirit for your best self-care through your whole motherhood journey right from pre-conception! It’s not a one month quick fix, it’s a commitment to you and your new addition to create the best possible environment and mindset. You can go at your own pace and mould our program to suit you – after all we are all individuals.
What if things don't go to plan?
Our bundles offer LIFETIME ACCESS to all the content included in your program bundle. See “Will I have access to the program once I am finished each stage?” below.
Can I pay weekly instalments?
Our bundles are purchased with a 12 monthly payment plan, or you can save by paying for your membership with a one-off payment up front.
Do I need to join FB to be part of the program?
Most of the Content is provided within your membership portal. However we will be supporting, encouraging and educating you and offering so much more VALUE through our FB member group and our FIT FAB MUM FB page. So it’s highly recommended to join us there, even if you create an account solely to be part of this tribe.
Will I have access to the program once I am finished each stage?
YES! We now include LIFETIME ACCESS with your membership.
Can I do the program if :
- I don’t want to follow the meal plan?
- I live overseas?
- I am going on holidays?
- I have an injury or Pregnancy related health concerns?
- I have joined an exercise group?
Quick answer is YES! All parts of this program are designed for all areas of your self-care journey from pre – conception to postnatal and beyond. You can mould the 30 day programs to your needs as we are all individuals, and as such we can only provide guides. Always check with your GP/Doctor if any concerns related to the movement areas of the program or you have dietary requirements that are outside of our alternative options.
This program can be done from ANYWHERE!
Can I sign up if I don’t have a Credit Card?
If you don’t have a CC you can create a paypal account and add your bank details in there to pay. Or use a debit card. We can not access your financial information using any of these payment methods.
Am I supported?
YES! We are here to support you every step of the way mumma! We are available daily in our FB group and via messenger/Email. Together we achieve more!
How do I update my payment information?
If you log into your account details in your membership portal there is a section on My Account to update your details for future purchases.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your membership at any time after your financial obligations have been met – that is either providing a one-off up front payment of $444 (unless purchased in a promotional period with a certified discount code), or after 12 x monthly payments of $41.50 / month (unless purchased during a promotional period using a certified discount code) have been made.
Your subscription cannot be cancelled before this condition has been met.
Do I need exercise equipment to do the workouts?
With our at home workouts you can either follow the online Workout Videos (you will need to be logged onto your membership portal to follow these as they are not downloadable) or you can follow the printed Exercise Plan (with pictures), OR a mix of both. Some of these Workouts do require equipment, such as a resistance band or a pair of Dumbbells. If you don’t have these when you first start you can use things from around the home such as weighted drink bottles or cans, or even do the exercises without anything until you can buy these. Its recommended to buy these few things if you can as it will give that added level of strengthening for the body.
Can I do the workouts if I don’t have a device to follow the videos?
YES absolutely! There is a Downloadable PDF with the 30 day Program Guide and the written workouts with Pictures so you can follow and do the exercises with ease from anywhere.
I’m not the best cook - are the meals easy to make?
Yes. The nutrition guide is sent the week prior to allow time to get organized. This comes with a simple to follow shopping list and recipes for all meals/snacks and alternatives for those needing them. These recipes are inspired by Kimberley who is a busy mum herself, so she understands what us mums are needing here to get all our nutrients in with ease. See how you go, you may just surprise yourself and learn some new skills and tips in the kitchen 😉
Can I make these meals for the family?
Yes. The nutrition guide and recipes are nutritious and designed to be enjoyed by the whole family. The main meals are created to make enough for 4 serves. If you need to serve more then add ingredients to accommodate accordingly. There are also alternatives if these are required. We make these meals for our families!
Can I customize the meal plans? Gluten free/Lactose free etc?
Absolutely. Kimberley has provided you with an alternatives guide in the nutrition section.
Do you offer Vegetarian / Vegan meal plans?
We offer a Vegetarian meal plan (Octo / Lavo), however we do not offer a Vegan option.
Do you offer meal plans for Gestational Diabetes?
Yes! We offer tailored meal plans for those with gestational diabetes in Trimesters 2 & 3. These are included in the preconception / pregnancy bundle.
How much will the weekly food bill be approx.?
There are too many variables to be able to give an approximate weekly shopping dollar amount. Things such as where you shop, what’s on special, whether you buy all the items listed on the FIT FAB MUM weekly shopping List, whether you are increasing the Meal Plans to cater for more than 4 people, and so on, all determine the cost impact.
Your food bill may increase for the first few weeks if your cupboard is bare and you don’t have common condiments such as olive oil. However you will quickly stock up on these one-off items and then your food bill will become more economical. The Meal Plans consist of mostly whole foods. The meals have been created to create 4 serves so these can also be used as left-overs for the next day to save time and money.
Mindset / Education
What is mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are, what we’re doing, and what’s going on in our immediate surroundings. When we are mindful, we are not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.
What does the education series cover?
The education series will be a weekly webinar with an inspirational, knowledgeable woman who can shed some light on at least one aspect of your motherhood journey. This may range from a midwife to an energy healer, a life coach to a doula. We will be inviting women that have had an impact in our personal and professional lives to take part – who we know will add so much value and wisdom to women in this season of life.
