In the postnatal period, you will work through three phases – postnatal, intermediate & advanced, as you move toward your babes first birthday.
We have included an abdominal separation series that you can begin immediately after birth, with a focus on supporting a healthy, strong core & pelvic floor.
You will feel absolutely fabulous, energized, and supported as you work through our specalized safe postnatal workouts which ease you back into exercise, support your recovery,and allow you to gradually improve your strength & fitness.
