Our goal is to educate mums on the role the food we eat plays in supporting our physical and mental health.
PREGNANCY NUTRITION:
We work through each phase of your pregnancy, discussing the nutrients that best support the changes occurring in your body (aligned to bubs development in pregnancy, and your healing through the postnatal period).
We then see the foods that contain these nutrients, how much you need of them, and what this actually looks on your plate over the course of the day.
This is delivered to you in easy to follow guides, meal plans& recipes set out by trimester.
POSTNATAL NUTRITION:
We work through each phase of your postnatal recovery, looking specifically at supporting your bodies healing, your energy and your mood. We do this as you move through the postnatal, intermediate & advanced stages, heading toward your babies first birthday.
Our postnatal guides, meal plans & recipes are all breastfeeding friendly.
With both our programs we guarantee you will learn to fall in love with nourishing, whole foods, as you FEEL the difference eating well brings! Plus – the delicious recipes aren’t just for you – they’re suitable for the entire family!
