1 small head white cabbage, shredded
1/4 cup flour
1 Tbsp olive oil
salt to taste
In a bowl, mix cabbage, eggs & salt well. Add flour & stir further, until well combined.
In a large frypan add oil & heat on a medium heat. Pour in mixture (flatten with the back of your spoon). Cook for 7 minutes one side, flip & cook for a further 5 minutes. Repeat until all mixture is cooked.
Great served with a little soy sauce or tamari on the side!
