GOLDEN (TURMERIC) LATTE
1 cups unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cm fresh ginger, grated
1cm fresh turmeric, grated or 1 tsp ground dried turmeric
2 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp honey
Heat almond milk, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, coconut oil and honey n a small saucepan over medium heat, until simmering, whisking continuously.
Reduce heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, strain into a glass.
Whisk until frothy. Serve!
*Add a pinch of Saffron just before removing from heat for an extra mood-boosting, antioxidant hit!*
