3 medium hass pitted and halved avocados
1 lime, juiced
1/3 cup red onion, minced
1 small clove garlic, mashed
1 tbsp choppedfresh coriander
kosher salt and fresh pepper, to taste
Place the avacodao in a medium bowland mash roughly with a fork. Add lime juice, salt, pepper, corainder, red onion and garlic, and mix thoroughly.
*Add a little chopped chili for some heat!*
