5 button mushrooms, diced
1 small onion, diced
200g baby spinach
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp olive oil
Add oil to a large frypan and heat over medium heat.
Add onion and cook until soft. Add mushrooms, cook for a further 3 minutes. Add garlic & spinach, and cook until spinach wilts. Remove from heat.
